Debbie has a track record for excellence as a healthcare consultant and advisor focusing on strategic planning and implementation of performance-driven Centers of Excellence. She has served in a large health system as administrator for Neuroscience and Spine Institutes that ranked among the top in the nation.
Her current focus is the development of primary, comprehensive and acute stroke ready certified stroke centers.
Ms. Hill also leads in the development of regional stroke systems of care and innovative research initiatives around patient and healthcare professional stroke education and training.
She is a preferred resource on the business and financial aspects of stroke care. She is a Fellow of the American Heart Association and recently served on the American Stroke Association’s (ASA’s) Greater Southeast Affiliate Research Committee and the ASA’s National Advisory Committee.
